Michael Hendry has claimed his third charles tour event with a dramatic final three holes in the Rapid Labels Muriwai Open. The drama unfolded on the 16th hole, when Hendry sunk a testing downhill putt to save bogey and Richard Lee birdied the hole. Lee now one behind Hendry. Both players pared the 17th. Lee rolled in a 11 foot birdie putting pressure on Hendry, who calmy sunk his birdie to take out the tournament by one from Lee. Emily Perry took out the womens division with a birdie on the first playoff hole when Cecilia Cho missed her birdie putt.
